This month’s player spotlight is on Chicago Blackhawks’ forward, Brendan Perlini. Brendan’s impressive route to the NHL started in the United Kingdom, while his father played in the country’s professional league. Brendan and his family returned to Canada in 2007 and Brendan would eventually star in the Ontario Hockey League for four seasons between 2012 and 2016. At the 2014 NHL Entry Draft, the English-born Canadian was selected 12th overall by the Arizona Coyotes.
